洛杉磯在所有人的印象里面就是一个半干旱的地方，我1989年开始在这里的大學教书，頭七年完全没有下过雨，當時有議員建議從南极拖冰山来供水，波蘭斯基的那部经典電影《唐人街》（ Chinatown）就是講洛杉磯缺水而引出的贪腐丑闻，那部電影出来后，全世界都知道这里如何干旱。今年有点奇怪，整个春天不停的下雨，到3月5、日更加的滂沱大雨，洛杉磯因为从来雨少，水库不多，这么大的雨就装不下了，只有放到海里去。这些照片是2019年3月6日下午4点多钟在家后面的水库边拍得，完全不像洛杉磯了。给大家看看。
